Out-of-Banner Ads are banners that appear out of the banner space on the Publisher web page. BeWebMedia has adopted the IAB Ad Unit Guidelines and Rich Media Creative Guidelines for ads specifications.

Expandable Banner • File size: 2X initial ad size (300x250 ads only expand to 500x250)
• File weight: max 40 Kb (additional file weight: max 80 Kb)
• Animation length: max 15 secs (max 3 secs if no user interaction)
• Frame rate: 18 fps
• Sound: user initiated (on click)
• Controls: "Close X" (on edge of original unit)
Pop-up and Pop-under • File size: 250x250, 300x250, 550x480, 720x300
• File weight: max 40 Kb (additional file weight: max 80 Kb)
• Frame rate: 18 fps
• Sound: user initiated (on click)
• Animation length: max 15 secs
• Controls: provided by browser window
Floating Ad (Overlay) • File weight: max 80 Kb (additional file weight: max 160 Kb)
• Frame rate: 18 fps
• Sound: user initiated (on click)
• Animation length: max 15 secs (max 10 secs if no user interaction)
• Controls: "Close X" (fixed placement on first completely visible frame)
Transitional Ad (Interstitial) • File weight: max 80 Kb (additional file weight: max 160 Kb)
• Frame rate: 18 fps
• Sound: user initiated (on click)
• Animation length: max 15 secs (max 10 secs if no user interaction)
• Controls: "Skip Advertisement" (above the fold)
